Please message us before placing an order or we cannot guarantee your delivery time and it depends on our current production time and USPS transit times.
{ PLEASE note if you leave a note at checkout without messaging us, we may not see the note for 1-2 business days so please contact us first before ordering, thank you }
Shipping~ Lost packages, stolen, or delivered incorrectly by USPS is out of our hands and will not be refunded.
Daddy’s Girl Bowtique is responsible for your purchase until it reaches the US Post Office & is scanned into their system.
Daddy’s Girl Bowtique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered by USPS.
If your package shows delivered by USPS unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it and will not replace orders that are stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
{Shipping Insurance}
If you want to insure your package, please choose shipping option “Priority shipping” or “Express guarantee shipping”.
If you choose “First class Standard shipping” and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
CANCELLATIONS AFTER 24 HOURS will be charged 20% of order ( not shipping cost)
{Exchange or Returns}
Daddy’s Girl Bowtique products are all made to custom orders, so we do not accept returns or exchanges. (color, Size, by mistake)
We ONLY accept returns or exchanges if the package was damaged during shipment or if the order was incorrect by the shipping team. Shipping fee is NOT Refunded. You must ship the item back within 5 business days.
